You are invited to walk or roll with County Supervisor Latifah Faisal, County Attorney Time Meals, IA Senate candidates Cynthia Paschen and Mike Wolfe, and other Story County Democrats in the Scandinavian Days Parade. (Being in the parade is more fun than watching a parade.)
Bikes, wagons, skates, wheelchairs, kids and leashed pets are all welcome!
We will have some candy but if you can bring some in a basket or canvas bag too that’s appreciated!
To join us in the parade, come with good walking shoes to Market Street and look for the Story County Dems banner & Jason Haglund’s Chevrolet pickup. Jason has a Grey 2022 Chevrolet Silverado, crew cab vehicle.
The parade starts at 10 am.
